Australian Shipping

A flat rate of $9.95 applies to all standard Australia-wide orders. Every order over $100 in value is eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia (excludes Express Shipping).

Express Shipping with Australia Post is available at a rate of $12.95. 

NXGEN Biosciences does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post. We are located in regional NSW, therefore it is unrealistic to expect packages will arrive in 24 hours.  Even with Express Post we cannot guarantee delivery within 2-3 business days.  

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days of receipt. We use Australia Post's service to deliver all orders. Every order placed will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery by clicking on this link:

Note: Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to be entered into the system.

Standard delivery times of 3-7 business days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

All goods remain the property of NXGEN BIOSCIENCES PTY LTD until paid in full. Any claims or shortages must be notified within 48 hours of receival.

International Shipping

A flat rate of $29.95 AUD applies to all international orders and will be delivered by Australia Post's  International 'Standard' service. It is a registered postal service with full tracking details. You can follow the progress of your international delivery by clicking on this link:

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days and are generally received within 7-21 business days from the date of dispatch.  It is a legal requirement that we state the value of your order on the package in order to assist customs and postage in your country.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the sale price.  We cannot mark any orders as a 'Gift' in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS INFORMATION

All international sales are final. Once you place your order, we will not issue a refund.

We cannot be responsible for problems that you may encounter with your customs authorities. If your order is held up by your country's customs authorities, it is your responsibility to secure the products.

We are not familiar with international customs policies that are unique to each country. As such, it remains the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all import policies  and requirements which may include: but not be limited to customs fees, VAT, import fees and/or any other fees associated with import.

Once again, we are not responsible for products once they reach your country. If you are not comfortable with this policy, please refrain from ordering.
