NXGEN Wholefoods does not accept returns for change of mind and/or for any delays in shipping (Express Post or Standard Post). We are located in regional NSW so overnight delivery with Australia Post is unrealistic.
Once shipped product has been picked and packed it is unable to be refunded unless the conditions are provided by Consumer Law.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Once the vitamin supplements are shipped we cannot resell returned product. This is company policy so that customers receive original product that has been safely stored and handled in our control.
In the unlikely event products received are faulty or damaged, we will provide a refund excluding shipping costs provided we are notified of damage within 2 days of delivery and items must be returned within 7 days, unused and without seals broken for inspection and evaluation. The cost of returning product to Nxgen Wholefoods is at that of the customers. We will not offer a refund for products not received by Nxgen Wholefoods for inspection and assessment. We suggest any returned items be shipped using registered post to ensure the items arrive safely with packaging and contents no further damaged to that of initial photos.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. For a return to be accepted you must email hello@nxgenwholefoods.com.au requesting a refund. You are to pay for your own return shipping. If we do not receive the product a refund will not be provided. Any refund will exclude our shipping costs to you. All shipping costs are unrefundable.
Where a stack is purchased that is made up of three products and one or a number of individual products are faulty or damaged we are able to issue a refund for the individual products that are faulty or damaged at the discount rate of each RRP on our website, only if it is evident the damage or fault in product is caused by Nxgen Wholefoods and the damaged or faulty product is inspected and agreed to be the fault of Nxgen Wholefoods. Any refunds determined to be approved by Nxgen Wholefoods do not include postage.
Faulty or damaged product is assessed by Nxgen Wholefoods and is determined by Nxgen Wholefoods Quality Team. In the event product damage or fault is not caused by Nxgen Wholefoods, but is caused by a third party such as Australia Post, then Nxgen Wholefoods reserves the right to reject any request for refund and will post the damaged items back to the sender.
We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or have an allergic reaction to. This includes toxic reactions or Herxheimer reactions. Please choose wisely before purchasing and always consult with a health professional.
