NXGEN Wholefoods does not accept returns for change of mind and/or for any delays in shipping (Express Post or Standard Post). We are located in regional NSW so overnight delivery with Australia Post is unrealistic.
Once shipped product has been picked and packed it is unable to be refunded unless the conditions provided by Consumer Law. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Once the vitamin supplements are shipped we cannot resell returned product. This is company policy so that customers receive original product that has been safely stored and handled in our control.
In the unlikely event products received are faulty or damaged, we will provide a refund excluding shipping costs provided items are returned within 14 days, unused and without seals broken. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or have an allergic reaction to. This includes Toxic reactions or Herxheimer reactions. Please choose wisely before purchasing and always consult with a health professional.
