Our beef liver is sourced exclusively from the healthiest cattle roaming the pristine, untouched Lake Eyre region of Central Australia. By using a gentle freeze-drying process instead of high-heat desiccation, we preserve the synergistic profile of Vitamin A, B12, and Heme Iron in its most bioidentical form. This is clean-label vitality, delivered nose-to-tail, with zero fillers and 100% ancestral purity.

Our range of organs and glands are sourced from the untouched soils and land of Lake Eyre in South Australia, where the ranches are as large as the state of Texas. The cattle thrive on native grasses, and roam freely for thousands of miles, in an area where no cropping occurs. So there is no glyphosate spraying or over-drift from neighbouring properties, no mRNA vaccines, no antibiotics. Our cattle are the cleanest source of organ and glands, providing the benefits of unique, natural peptides, vitamins and minerals. 

NXGEN Wholefoods is vertically integrated, meaning we have full control of all parts of the sourcing and manufacture from farm to capsule. We buy restaurant grade organs and glands and inspect them first hand, we own and operate the freeze drying technology and process. We use cryogenic milling so all our desiccated organs are glands are 100% undefatted. The final process of encapsulation and packing is done in our state of the art factory in NSW Australia. We manufacture small batches for freshness and we use one of the most gentle freeze drying processes to keep all the nutrients intact, so each capsule is equivalent to eating the raw organ and gland without the mess, but with the convenience of knowing food safety and food quality is the best. All batches are third party tested for purity.
